Dear Leader issued an Imperial Decree which will end up banning private, for-profit prisons.

I find this quite odd that a Democrat would rail against for-profit prisons, since they were the ones to invent Convict Leasing which turns prisoners into literal slaves (to replace the slaves they lost when Republicans ended slavery).
