Dear Leader is a DickTater

I have come up with a word to describe Dear Leader: DICKTATER

The "Dick" part is in reference to his overall tendency to be an asshole, and the "Tater" part is in reference to the fact that his brain is nothing but mashed potatoes at this point in his mental decline.
